We lived two hours away, and this was the first time we'd had a house built. People warned us of the problems this situation presented and said we were in for a lot of headaches. But after our first meeting with Dave and Paul, we knew we were in good hands. From then until the day we moved in, the experience was wonderful, and it continues to be.
Paul took plans that we had and expertly customized them to meet our requirements, from our art studios to the horse barn. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and his crew is courteous and reliable. We were able to visit the site only every few weeks during the building and had complete confidence we could trust that all was going well. Not only was our home built by our rather tight deadline, it was within the proposed cost estimate.
We could not be happier with our beautiful "dream" house. Even though we are well past the warranty, Paul is always there for us to answer questions and address our new homeowner concerns. We feel very fortunate to have found D. L. Lewis Construction, and we highly recommend them!!
